What are pro minutes?
Pro minutes use cloud-enhanced transcription (also known as cloud transcription) to provide faster and more accurate captioning. It also allows for speaker identification by differentiating between different speakers in the same conversation, so you can see who is talking on the app or in front of your eyes using a pair of augmented reality glasses (sold separately).
Do I need a WiFi connection?
No! The Essentials plan works completely offline using on-device processing. For Premium and Ultimate plans, you need an internet connection (WiFi or cellular) to utilize the cloud-enhanced pro minutes, translation features, and highest accuracy transcription.
Can I use my subscription on other devices?
Yes, your Tulibot subscription is tied to your account. You can log in on different smartphones or tablets to access your minutes, conversation history, and pro features seamlessly across your devices.
What happens if I don't use all of my minutes?
With the Ultimate plan, unused pro minutes rollover to the next month, ensuring you never lose what you paid for. On the Premium plan, minutes reset at the beginning of your billing cycle.
What languages are supported?
The Essentials plan includes 20 core languages for offline use. When you upgrade to Premium or Ultimate, you unlock over 300 languages and regional dialects, including real-time translation features.
